Setting Field Access

In case you need to protect to field access or specific who can read or/and input those fields in system.

• To define field, go to the Main Menu → General

• Click  Access Control → Field Access → New Field Access

• In an example, Protect the user in the testing profile to enter the unit price data in quotation.

• Field : Select the field that wants to define
• Profile : Select the profile that wants to define
• Read : The field can read If a box was checked
• Write : The field can enter data If a box was checked

• You also can setting field access by clicking  “->” button as the screenshot.

        And Click the link as below

• Click New Field

• Model as the models are existing in the system

• An example : The following are Quotation Field  and Quotation Line Field of Quotation Model

• For the details of Name and String you can click export and follow the data.
