Attachments
The Attachments module is used to store document files are associated with the document file to import into the Document page Module can create documents related to a Document has 2 method 1. Created from the page. 2. Create Attachments from the Document page
How To Create Attachments
Created by Attachments page
- Go to Main Menu > General > Attachments > Click New Attachment button.

- When you click New Attachment button the system will appear for field to create Attachment.

- File : Select the files related to Attachment import to system.
- Date : The system creates automatically when the click of a New Attachment button.
- User : The system creates automatically from username of User Login.
- Relate To : Select the Document that is related to Attachment.
- Description : Enter Description about the Attachment created.
- When you enter information and select the file successfully. Click Save Button to save and finish creating.

How to create Attachments
Created by Document Page
- Go to Main Menu > Documents > Documents > Click New Documents button or select Documents already created and create an Attachment.

- When you click on the document, scroll to the Document Relate To (end of page).

- Click Add button for create an Attachment.
- When you click Add button the system will show Field to create an Attachment for this Document.

- File : Select the files related to import to system.
- Description : Enter Description about the Attachment created.
- When you enter information and select the file successfully. Click Save Button to save and finish creating.

- The Attachment page list compiled on a created Attachment from Attachment Module or create from Document Module.
