Districts

The district use for setting additional information a part of address in the software as a lead menu, a employee menu, a contact menu, etc. A Districts menu has relationship with a Subdistricts menu        

• To create a province, go to  The Main Menu > General > Districts > and New District  

• The district form will appear

• Enter details the form

• Province : Select the province for create a district
• Name : The name of district
• Code : The code of district

• Click Save to add the data

How to use the district

An example in the contact

• Go to The Main Menu > Contacts > Contact

• Find your contact and click to open or create a new contact

• With the address section you have to select a country and then select a district, the system will filter district.
