Provinces

The province use for setting additional information a part of address in the software as a lead menu, a employee menu, a contact menu, etc. A province menu has relationship with a district menu        

• To create a province, go to  The Main Menu > General > Provinces > and New Provinc  

• The province form will appear

• Enter details the form

• Country : Select the country for create a province
• Name : The name of province
• Code : The code of province

• Click Save to add the data

How to use the province

An example in the contact

• Go to The Main Menu > Contacts > Contact

• Find your contact and click to open or create a new contact

• With the address section you have to select a country and then the system will filter the province.
