Sequences

Sequences are settings to configure Run Number of documents created in the system. According to the requirement of the user company system.

• How to create a Sequences

• Go to : Main Menu > General > Sequences > New Sequence

• Enter details the form

• Name : The name of Sequence
• Type : Module to bring the Sequence to use.
• Prefix : The prefix number.

• example : IN-%(Y)s%(m)s

IN+year+mount+number padding 4 digit

• Number Padding : The number of digits of the number. (number)

• Number Padding = 4

• Company : Specifies whether a Sequence of company.

• from an example :  Prefix : IN-%(Y)s%(m)s

Number Padding = 4  

Will get : IN2017090001 etc.
