Organization Settings

To start customizing your instance you can go to the main menu and select general

• Select Organization Settings and the following screen appears:

• Display Name will be the name of the company displayed in the top left corner of the screen. Initially it was the company name entered during registration of the free trial

• You can upload your own logo in png format. This logo will be displayed on invoices, purchase orders, quotations,...

• Different address types can be defined ( Billing address, shipping address,.. ). Enter all the detailed fields required.

• Address information block can be added to show different address types.

•  Address information blocks can be deleted

• Date formats can be customized. The default is DD-MM-YYYY (Ex.01/08/2017)
• In case, require to use buddhist calendar date format. It has to be selected.

• URL for E-Commerce website is available for E-Commerce module.

• Working Days on holidays can be selected for your company working day.

• After put the informations and then click Save
