Scheduled Jobs

Scheduled Jobs is setting system by System Admin to set up the system to work in the Scheduled Jobs. The conclude is that working with time set. (set in the Scheduled Jobs system users, look on Admin must have Code. With Developer before setting).

The work of Scheduled Jobs will be working according to a defined period. When a monitoring system Model, then there is a list of the commands that are waiting for the matches Method to get the job done.

How to create Scheduled Jobs

• Go to Main Menu > General >Workflow > Scheduled Jobs > Click New Job button.

• When you click New Job button the system will appear for field to create Job.

• Enter details the form.

• Description : Enter the description of Workflow Rule.
• Scheduled Date : The date and time created of Scheduled to create automatically when click New job button but a period of Scheduled Date will be calculated by adding up the positive from the time period set in the interval Number and Interval Unit.
• Model : Enter Code page work to Job work.
• Method : Enter Code that requires the job command works.

• Arguments : Additional conditions of Method.
• Interval Number : Enter number of interval.
• Interval Unit : Select unit of interval to send email.

• Done : Completed work (shows the Status when there is a defined number of times).
• Canceled : Cancel to use.

Note : When the work is completed, and did not have to determine the number of times to work. When the work is completed, the status of Scheduled will be Waiting again.

• Last Error Time : Time of system an Error (shown automatically).
• Error Message : Error message when there is a malfunction (automatic system).

For example to create Scheduled Jobs

• Check the Status of Email To Send to send Email every 1 minutes.
