Audit Log
Audit Log is used to record the work that users have to change data of the whole document.
- Go to Main Menu > General > Access Control > Audit Log

- Additional explanation list Audit Log page.
- Date : The dates and times of change in the data.
- User : The username of user access.
- IP Address : The number network of computer user access.
- Country : The country that the user access.
- Message : Show the name module, Database ID and status of document item.
How to use Audit Log
- When the Audit log page and click Search button to find the document you want to view.

- After click search button will have to search field, enter search text documents.

- Additional explanation Search Audit Log
- Date : The dates and times of change in the data.
- Message : Enter the name module and Database ID, example : Invoice 124
- Invoice is Module
- 124 is Database ID
- The Database ID number can be found on the URL page.

- Details : Details of change document. Is so important in the document in a text search, looking like a number Invoice and Sale Order, etc.
- IP Address : The number network of computer user access.
- User : The username of user access.
- Once fill in the form and press Search to find the all the items from the document creation process.

- Log Details page of that document. Details will be show the details with Relate To view the documents are included.
