Profile
Profile Module is a module created to set permissions for the User based on the department or function of each User.
How to create Profiles
- Go to Main menu > Access Control > Profiles

- When you are in the profiles page, click the New Profile button to create Profile.

- After clicking the New Profile button to get the page to add a Profile, which consists of 4 parts :
- Part 1 is the section name, and Short Code to Profile.
- Part 2 is Model Permissions to specify use to Model.
- Part 3 is Other Permissions to specify use to Menu.
- Part 4 is Other Settings.

- Part 1 is the section name, and Short Code to Profile.
- Name : Enter the name of Profile.
- Short Code : Enter the short code of the profile to be created.

- Part 2 is Model Permissions to specify use to Model.
- Default Model Permission : For setting on all models by select setting as follows.
- Can Read, Create, Write, Delete.
- Can not View All, Modify All.
- Can not Read, Create, Write, Delete, View All, Modify All.
- To use the right use of the in Model Permission Line.
- Model Permission Line : Assign permissions Read, Create, Write, Delete, View All, Modify All to choose specific Model.

- Part 3 is Other Permissions to specify use to Menu.

- Select Default Menu Access to rights to see all the Menu, including the right to use the Menu button that can choose the following. usually set when, want to hide menu or button)
- Visible → Can see.
- Hidden → Can't see.
- Click the Add button of the Other Permissions for select Menu and button function to access.
- When to click the Add button will show Popup Item of Other Permission.

- When selecting an item, click Select button to use the item.

- When choosing Item successfully, and then select the Default Menu Access.


- Login Action : Enter Code Field of Module page, to set the home page after login.
- Login Company : Select the company for using this profile.
- Click Save Button to save, when you enter information and select the file successfully and finish creating.

How to use Profile
- Used to assign User privileges.
- Go to Main Menu > Access Control > User > Select user to setting profile.

How to hide the column?

Go to the main menu General -> Access Control -> Profile.

Select the profile, after that clicking the button "Add" at the Hidden

Set the value to hide the column below and click the button Save.

- Type : The type of column that want to hide
- Main Menu: Hide the main menu in the system such as Contacts, Accounting

For example, hide the menu: Accounting

- Sub Menu: Hide the sub menu such as Reports, Costing

For example, hide the sub-menu: Costing in module: Inventory

- Dashboard: Hide the detail in the sub menu “Dashboard” such as Warehouses, Products Below Min Stock

For example, hide Warehouse in Inventory Dashboard

- Tab: Hide the tab in the document such as General, Pricing

For example, hide the tab: Pricing in Product

- Tab Action: Hide the tab action such as All, Draft, Approved

For example, hide the tab action: Archived

- Field: Hide the field in the document such as Procurement Method, Supply Method

For example, hide the field: Supply Method in Product

Note: the system can't hide the column that is the mandatory field.

- Item: hide the item that is in the Options such as To Draft, Void

For example, hide the function: Void in Stock Picking

- Button: Hide the button in the document such as Save, Validate, Post

For example, hide the button: Save in Stock Picking

- Separator: Hide the topic of the field such as the topic: Contact Information

- Model : Module that involve to hide
- Name : The column name that want to hide
- Profile : The profile that is hided the column
- Separator Remove : The line of background
For example, hide Contact Information in Contact
