In the General settings module you are able to configure all main settings and configuration of your Netforce ERP system. From here you can create users, configure access rights for every user, and set all your organizational settings. Customized report templates can be uploaded and running numbers for invoices, goods issue, goods receipts, quotations and many other forms can be configured. The general module is one of the first modules to configure to set-up you system.

The general menu can be accessed from the Main Menu>>General and is one of the important main menu item to configure your Netforce ERP system.

Here you will see the users of the system and the language translations available. new users can be created from here

One of the more important configurations are made here, and from this menu item you can configure access rights for every user

Netforce allows configuration of notifications via mail, messages, and SMS to alert the user when certain actions, approvals are required

Netforce is a multi language ERP system. You can define the languages you would like to make available, and modify existing translations or field labels
