Rental Reports

• Rental reports can be accessed following this link: Main Menu >> Rental >> Reports

Product Availability

• The start date and days period can be selected, when the warehouse location is kept blank the report shows all rental units in all location. Selecting one specific warehouse location and product category will filter the data following the selection criteria

• The above table displays the availability of each of the products in the selected period and warehouse. The green cells show available units for that product model, with the number between brackets representing total number of rental units, the number on the top representing available units for rent

• When units are rented out the row is changing from green to red

• for this model we have 12 rental units in the fleet, 7 of them are available for rent and the height of the green and red color is proportional to the number of units.

• The model in the right column above is displayed in blue and can be clicked to see more details on this particular rental machine model:

• Since these reports are interactive reports, clicking the rental customer in blue on the row will display the rental order for more information

Product Bookings

• Booking details for rental models can be viewed by selecting the warehouse location and the period

Rental Item History

• This report can be used to list planned hours versus billable hours for a particular rental item.

Rental Item Usage

• This report summarizes the rental Item Usage, Billing Hours and Billing Amounts for all rental units.

Rental Order Analysis

• The rental order analysis reports are interactive reports which are easily customizable by selecting the fields to be displayed. Filters can be used to further query and filter the results to be shown. The results are based on Rental order level

• With the view type selection field you can display the results in List view, cross tab, bar chart or pie chart views

Rental Order Line Analysis

• The rental order line analysis reports are interactive reports which are easily customizable by selecting the fields to be displayed. Filters can be used to further query and filter the results to be shown. The results are based on Rental Item level
