Rental Dashboard

The rental modules covers all functionalities required to control your rental business. Machine (service item) availability is clearly visible and invoices, cost and profits by rental order and rental item are recorded via tracking codes. The rental utilization of equipment is monitored and resources such as helpers or operators can be allocated to the rental order. Worktimes of machines are recorded on daily basis, and available and billable yours follow an approval process before invoices are issued.

• After we click on Main Menu >> Rental, system will bring us to a Rental Dashboard showing three main sections:

• Rental Billing History
• Rental Monthly Summary
• Pending Rental Orders

Rental Billing History

• Show all amount rentals have billing, calculate bill amount in each rental by month.

• When mouseover on graph will show bill amount in month.

Rental Monthly Summary

• Show list of rental order group by month and product to combine bill hours and bill amount.

Pending Rental Orders

• Show pending rental orders, in status not completed.
