Dashboard Message

The Message module is used for sending messages internal and external for your business. The internal message for the user can be accessed by the system and the external message for a customer, a supplier or whoever you want to send an email. To define messages can be accessed via the Main Menu > Messaging.

The configuration of the Message Module

• Email : For send messages to external

• Email Message : The list of emails sent to external
• Email Template : To make a template for sending email by using functions in the system. The messages will be automatically to send after approved by user was identified in the template

• An example as the setting for send emails in the scheduled jobs menu for Marketing Module

• Email Blacklist : The list of email blacklist

• Internal : For send messages to internal and some case those message occurred after you entered a comment in the menu of system

• Internal Message : The list of messages sent to internal
