Payslip Templates

To configure a payslip template by employee is needed. The template consists of incomes and deductions items or pay items

• Go to menu: HR → Setting  >> Payslip Templates

• Enter detail for Payslip Template        

• Pay Item Profile  : select the profile where the employee belongs to
• Employee : select employee
• Currency : currency to pay
• Currency Rate : current rates for foreign currencies. In case, use foreign currencies to pay

• Fix Currency Rate : Use the currency rate that input by manual

• Pay Item :  income and deduction items
• Qty : enter qty by pay item (normally use 1)
• Rate : enter amount by pay Item

• Amount (Curr) : The amount that is converted

• Amount : automatically computes by system (Qty x Rate)
• Add a new line : click to add new pay items
• Description : put some notes
• Save  : save after completion
