Pay Items


 

Configurations of pay items is very important before creating payslips and be able to apply a pay item for all or particular position of  employees.  Pay items are both of allowances and deductions such as bonus, over time, provident fund, expenses allowances and etc.  Per pay items can be configured a relevant account to allow the system auto record account transactions in general ledger when making pay slips.

How to configure  pay  items

When select pay item type, wage type will be available to select

                   

Example Pay Items : Provident Fund  
Pay Item Type : Deductions  >>  Deduction Type  :  Provident Fund

Example Pay Items : Personal income tax
Pay Item Type : Tax  >>  Tax Type  :  Thai Personal Income Tax

Example Pay Items : Bonus
Pay Item Type : Wage  >>  Wage Type  :  Bonus

Example Pay Items : Accrued Social Security Fund
Pay Item Type : Employer Contributions  >>  Contrib Type  :  Thai Social Security Fund Accoum
