This monthly report is required by Thai revenue department. The print form is available in PDF and Excel format.

• Go to menu: HR → Payroll  >> Monthly Reports  >> Provident Fund Report

• Select for print.        

• Month  :  select month
• Document Date  :  Document Date
• Show Doc Date :  Checked for want to show date at report
• Print :  print report
