Bill of Materials

Bill of Materials is structure of product known as the list of materials or sub components to produce a product. To measuring quantity of raw materials to produce for one product item.

• Go to Main Menu → Manufacturing → Setting → Bill Of Materials

• Input BoM details

• Product details

• Number : Running sequence number is generated automatically by system
• Routing : Steps to produce a product (See how to configure routings in settings > routing document)
• Product : Finished good product
• Qty, UoM : Qty and UoM of finished good product
• FG Location : Location to store finished good product when finishing produce
• Production location : Location to receive materials to produce
• QC Location: Quality Control Location (If available)

• Material details

• Material : Raw materials or sub components
• Qty, UoM : Qty and UoM of raw materials
• RM Warehouse : Location to take raw materials from
