Settings

It is important to complete default general setting before start to use manufacturing module.

• Go to menu  Main Menu → Manufacturing → Setting → Bill Of Materials

• Input setting details

• RM Warehouse : Raw materials location
• FG Warehouse : Finished good product location to receive finished product
• Factory Warehouse : Production or Work in Process Location
• QC Warehouse : Quality Control Location (If available)
• QC Scrap Warehouse : Scrap products location after QC (If available)
• QC Repair Warehouse : Repair products location after QC (If available)
• Stock Journal :
• Goods Issues for Production: The policy to receive raw materials that can specify when can start production.

• Full : Automatically create a good transfer raw materials with full planned quantity to produce before start to produce.
• Partial : Automatically create a good transfer raw materials with paital quantity to produce and start  to produce
• Manual : Manually transfer raw materials to production location by entering quantity.

• Require Semi Finished Good QC : All finished goods have to be checked by QC process.
• Auto Create Lot / Serial Number After Receive FG
