Raw Material Inspections
Raw material quality control is necessary to prevent product failure early in the manufacturing line, To ensure your company will have received a good finished goods , To check a quality go to Main Menu → Manufacturing → Production → Raw Material Inspections

- Click New Raw Material Inspection and Input details the form
- Date : Date of Inspection
- Number : Number of Inspection (This field will be filled automatically)
- Journal : Select the journal (Recommend the Goods Transfer Journal)
- From Location : The location from which Raw Materials are coming from
- To Location : The destination location to receive the Raw Materials has passed to test
- Scarp Location : The location to receive the Raw Materials hasn't passed to test
- Stock Picking : Select the order to check (Only filter the goods receipt are completed)
- After entered the data click Fill Data

- The form will filter data entered by the user, Details in the line there are as follows
- Picking : The number of goods receipt
- Product : The name of raw material
- Received Qty : Input the quantity of the raw material to receive
- UoM : Units of Measure of Product
- Passed Qty : Input the quantity of raw material has passed to test
- Failed Qty : Input the quantity of raw material hasn't passed to test
- Lot / Serial No : The number of Lot / Serial of Raw Material
- Remark : Input the other information

- Status : Select the status to create goods transfer for the raw material either passed or failed
- If Selected “Pending”, After Click Approve the goods transfer status will be changed to Plan


- If Selected “Completed”, After Click Approve the goods transfer status will be changed to Completed


Note* Goods Transfer
- If the raw material has passed to test will transfer to default location in the inspection order (To Location) as well as the raw material hasn’t passed to test (Scrap Location)
