Skill levels

It’s important to evaluate your technicians and determine the skill level of each service engineer. This can be done based on different criteria. For each type of service order a minimum skill level can be selected for the technician which will facilitate to allocate a job to a qualified technician.

• Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Skill Levels

• You can create as many as levels required via the entry screen by click New Skill Level.

• The skill level has;

• Name : Name of skill.
• Level : Level of skill.
• Description : Detail of skill.
