Service Types

For each service type a parent service type can be entered which allows you to group specific service types into one service parent category. This will be useful when reports are to be created.

• Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Settings >> Service Types

• In the above example we created the following parent service types:

• Internal job: Internal jobs are invoiced to other departments within the company
• External job: External jobs are invoiced to customers
• Indirect job: Indirect jobs are unproductive activities which can not be invoiced to customers or other departments

• Service Type has field;

• Name : Name of service type.
• Code : Code of service type.
• Description : Detail of service type.
