Resource Allocations

After enter technician or resources first as a master data and service order, We want to allocate the resource with service order which has responsibility shown below.

• Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Planning >> Resource Allocations.
• Click on New Resource Allocations to allocate.

• In the resource page you need to enter some fields as follows.

• Input resource allocation details

• Resource : A staff or machine.
• Service Order : The number of service order.
• Planned Start Time : Planned of begin datetime.
• Planned Stop Time : Planned of end datetime.
• Customer : Hired task in the service order.
• Duration (Days) : The time during.
• Progress (%) : Move forward or onward in space or time in percentage.
• Description : The detail of allocate resource.
