Tasks
A task is a specific action you would like to record. This task can be related to a project or Service Order and assigned to one employee
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Services >> Tasks

- The task can have a deadline, which will show in RED when the task is not completed before the deadline. The status of the task can be the following: In progress, Completed, Waiting, Cancelled
- When all tasks are completed before the deadline is exceeded, they will be colored in Green, exceeding the deadline will show up in RED

- The tabs In Progress and Completed are showing the different stages of the task.Tasks can be displayed in calendar view by clicking on the calendar button on the right top corner of the screen:

- When a service order consists of different tasks, these tasks can be created under the service order by clicking the Add Task button.

- Adding specific tasks under the service order will list all standard activities to be performed by the service engineer.

- Selecting the task tick box and marking this activity as completed will display the task in green.
