Services Dashboard

For a company with aftermarket parts, service module is quited important. All tasks for support, maintenance and project tracking are included in this module.

• After we click on Main Menu >> Services, system will bring us to a Service Dashboard showing three main sections:

• Time Spent Per Project
• Time Spent Per Resource
• Pending Service Orders

Time Spent Per Project

• Show all time spent in project, calculate time spent in each project by week and total of time spent.

Time Spent Per Resource

• Show all time spent in resource, calculate time spent in each project by week.

Pending Service Orders

• Show order of services are pending in process. If they overdue jobs, the item will highlight in red.
