Services Overview
For the following image, we will show a general service flow started from creating Service Order, to making goods issue and invoicing.

Services Menu
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Services

- Can be used to follow-up your project work, track the jobs and tasks related to the project and to record time spent.
- Are created to deploy service technicians for repair and maintenance.
- Are service agreements for regular scheduled service and maintenance work on customer equipment.
- Are used to record installed equipment at your customer location for which services are rendered.
- Can be created and assigned for each intervention.
Planning Menu
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Planning

- Service resources (Service technicians) need to be defined to carry out service interventions. Location, service skills, and products are to be configured for each technicians
- Every service order can be allocated to one or more service engineers. The allocation of technicians checks the required skill level, location and product information
- you can visualize the time allocation and planning of all your technicians
Time Keeping Menu
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Time Keeping

- Once the technician is allocated to carry out service work, actual time spent and transport costs are updated on a daily basis.
Support Menu
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Support

- Customer requests are entered in the system by creating Issues. These request can be made via mail, telephone, by customer or requested by other staff within the company.
Reports Menu
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Reports

- A number of service reports analysing labour and service order statistics are available. The reports allow you to follow-up the profitability of each service order and the productivity and occupancy of your service technicians
Settings Menu
- Go to Main Menu >> Services >> Settings : To configure service module, a number of settings are to be configured

- Used to categorize each service order created.
- We can mention an application type on each service item created.
- Used to identify staffs’ skills for different level and also to mention a skill required for each service orders.
- Used to predefine spare parts and labors used in a service order
- Service Contract Templates
- Used to predefine service order templates, service item counter and labor cost used in a service contract
