Purchasing Dashboard

A module for use in procurement by accessing the menu to the Main Menu >> Purchasing Once inside, you will see the first section of the Dashboard.

• The purchase dashboard consists of four main sections:

• Purchases Per Month
• Purchases Per Product Category
• Purchases Per Supplier
• Pending Purchase Orders

Purchases Per Month

• It displays the total number of confirmed orders displayed on a monthly basis. When the mouse point on the graph, it will show the details of the order value in that month.

Purchases Per Product Category

• This is the segment that shows the volume of purchases by product category, represented by a pie chart.

Purchases Per Supplier

• The pie chart purchased represents the purchase by the supplier.

Pending Purchase Orders

• This list shows pending orders that will be processed and new orders can be created from here.
