Sales Targets
- To define the sales targets, go to the Settings > Sales Targets page of the Sales module

- Input details the sale target form
- From Date/To Date : Input the Period of sale
- Salesman : Select the salesman (Incase using salesman for sale target)
- Product Category : Select the Product Category (Incase using Product Category for sale target)
- Target Amount : the target amount to sale the product
- Target Qty : the target qty to sale the product
- Click Save to add the data


After clicking the button Save, the system shows the sales targets detail follow the detail below
- From Date: the beginning date to sale
- To Date : the end date to sale
- Salesman : the seller
- Product Category : category of product
- Target Amount : the target amount to sale the product
- Actual Amount : the actual amount to sale the product
- Expected Amount : the expected amount to sale the product
- Target Qty : the target qty to sale the product
- Actual Qty : the actual qty to sale the product
- Expected Qty : the expected qty to sale the product
Then creating the Opportunity

After creating the Opportunity that the status is Open, the system will calculate the Expected Amount and Expected Qty by
Expected Amount calculate by Amount * Probability (%) on the Opportunity page
Expected Qty calculate by Qty * Probability (%) on the Opportunity page

After the status Opportunity is Won

The system will calculate Actual Amount and Actual Qty by automatic
Actual Amount is calculate from Amount in Sales Order by take from product category and the status of sales order is Confirmed and Completed every sales order from each Salesman
Actual Qty is calculate from Qty in Sales Order by take from product category and the status of sales order is Confirmed and Completed every sales order from each Salesman
