Sales Activities
- The follow-up of sales activities is recorded under the sales menu. The sales activities consist of
- Task
- Event
- Meeting
- Call
- Email
- To define Sale Activities , go to the Sales > Activities page of the Sales module

Task
- Can be accessed a task by clicking New Activity > Task

- The Task Information form is filled out. The task may be related to a Partner, Opportunity, Quotation or Sales Order. The actual status of the task is updated as and when the task is progressing.

Event
- Can be accessed an event by clicking New Activity > Event

- Event information can be assigned to an opportunity, partner, quotation or sales order. The Subject, Start/End date , time, and location.is to be entered. The status is updated as and when progress is made.

Meeting
- Can be accessed a Meeting by clicking New Activity > Meeting

- To arrange a meeting basic meeting information is filled out,. The subject, Start/End date , time, and location is to be entered, The meeting can be related to a Partner, Opportunity, Quotation and Sales Order.

Call
- Can be accessed a Call by clicking New Activity > Call

- To keep a complete log of all customer communications, call information can be entered in the New Call Form

Email
- Can be accessed an Email by clicking New Activity > Email

- select the contact then fill in Subject,and email content.
