Opportunities
With opportunities, you can manage and keep track of your sales opportunities and created quotations. For every opportunity an expected revenue, change of success, opportunity stage, expected closing date can be defined. All customer interactions and , communication history, next action date, next action can be recorded so that the progress of the sales opportunity is documented
There are 2 ways to create opportunities. 1.Make Opportunity manually, 2.Make from lead menu.
Make opportunities manually
- Make Opportunity by selecting the menu: Sales -> Opportunities and then click New Opportunity

- Then input the basic information such as name, related partner and contact. And also information to be used for follow up e.g. Close Date, Stage, Probability and Amount.
- Click Save to add data

Make from lead menu
- Make Opportunity by selecting order from lead menu, go to the Sales > Leads page of the Sales module.

- After selected the order, Make a Opportunity by clicking Options > Copy to Opportunity

- A copy lead window will appear. Give the Contact and Opportunity Name and click Save.

Opportunity Stages
- The above stages of opportunities can be edited depending on your specific sales processes. go to the Settings > Sales Stages page of the Sales module.

Opportunity Status
- During follow-up process. You can update follow-up result to each Opportunity as 'Won' or 'Lost'. That will be separated at the tab on Opportunities list.

Note: The status of the opportunity can be changed manually to "Won" or "Lost" , or it will be changed automatically when the related quotation stage is updated.
