Leads


Sales leads are generated from incoming inquiries by phone, emails, seminars, visits, marketing campaigns and are entered and recorded in the sales funnel under new leads. These leads are to be qualified before an opportunity and a quotation  can be created. In case the lead is not resulting in any direct sales opportunity the status can be changed to unqualified, or recycled when a possible sales opportunity is expected in the near future. Maintaining and updating your sales funnel is the basis for a pro-active sales management.
