Stock Planning - Make To Order

The Stock Planning - Make To Order shows the list of product needs to purchase into the stock. To view the report and order, go to the Reports > Stock Planning - Make To Order page of the Inventory module.

• Enter data to view the report. You can enter the product Category , Supplier or Planning Horizon(days) to view the transactions, click Run Report

• The report will filter data entered by the user. Also you can ordering products by ticking the box in the first column

• The Stock Ordering page will appear, If the Order was finished you can finalize it by clicking on Create Order button.

• If you tick a box “Confirm Orders”, The purchase order will confirm automatically.

• If the purchase order are completed, System will notification on display.

• When you go back to the purchasing menu , The orders will appear separated by default supplier each product.

Conditional of product to view the report

The product required enter the datas are as followed :

• The General Tab

• Procurement Method is Make To Order
• Supply Method is Purchase

• The Purchasing Tab

• Required to tick a box  Can Purchase
• Purchasing Lead Time (Days) : Number of date to purchase
• Suppliers : Select the supplier to Purchasing
