Make good receipts from purchase orders

• Confirmed purchase orders can be copied to goods receipts by clicking on Options > Copy To Goods Receipt from the option dropdown.

• Data is copied from the purchase order to the new goods receipt. The goods receipt includes a reference to the purchase order.
