Stock Count
Once a product is defined, this menu can use for adjust ending stock balance with current quantity and cost. Stock count will be useful to whom start using Netforce system by importing stock balance at a date. And for existing system, when the stock balance in the system is not equal to the real count by end of month or any.
There are 2 ways to update the stock count. 1. in enter stock count manually, 2. Import stock count.
Enter Stock Count Manually
- Add stock count by selecting the menu: Inventory -> Stock Count and then click New Stock Count

- Complete the stock count form:
- Warehouse : Select a warehouse to adjust
- Date : Ending balance date of stock
- Number : Running sequence number automatically generated by system
- Product : Select a products to adjust
- Lot / Serial Number : select the Lot/Serial Number of the product (if don't have the information be able to empty)
- Bin Location : The storage location by taking the field Bin Location in the tab: Inventory in the product
- Previous Qty : The Qty before updated
- Previous Cost Price : The Cost price before updated
- Previous Cost Amount : The total cost amount before updated
- New Qty : Enter the new balance qty or real count
- New Cost Price : Enter the new cost price or real cost
- New Cost Amount : The new cost amount
- UoM
- Add a new line : add the new product
- After select the product the Previous Qty and Previous Cost Price fields will be filled automatically by system.
- Click Save to save data. Then click Validate to update the New Qty and New Cost Price of product in stock.
- Note : The system convert the 6 decimal places in the field Previous Qty to 2 decimal places in the field New Qty

Import Stock Count
- Another way to update stock count is to import file. For importing the Stock Count should be formatted as follows. You can download following CSV file from here.

Create New Stock Count
The column Warehouse use the Location Code, the column Lines/Previous Qty and Lines/Previous Cost Price input 0 every line and the column Status must be Draft.

- When you are finished to enter data click Import button from the Stock Count menu to import CSV file. Choose the file from file system and click Import.


After imported, click the Options and select Update Lines, the system will calculate the the column Lines/Previous Qty, Lines/Previous Cost Price and Previous Cost Amount by automatic.

Updates Stock Count Line
The import template must have the column Database ID for editing the data in stock count and can use the import template below.

Note: the import file must use every column and every line to import into the system
- To check the New Qty and New Cost Price of products in stock after update of stock counts. Select the menu : Report > Stock Card Report

- Enter the period date and the Location of the product was adjustment. Click Run Report

- Running the Stock Card Report will show the following screen:

- The Qty and Cost Price was updated in the red tab
