Lot / Serial Numbers

Three way to create the Lot / Serial Number  is :

• Case 1 : Directly to create the Lot / Serial Number, go to the Inventory >  Lot / Serial Numbers page of the Inventory module.

• Complete the Lot / Serial Number form :

• Number : The Number of Lot / Serial Number
• Received Date : Received Date the  Lot / Serial Number of the product (the fields will be filled automatically to nowdate).
• Product : Product of Lot / Serial Number
• Click Save to save data.

Note: If create the Lot / Serial Number by using the space, the system will remove the space off after click the button “Save”

• Case 2 : Make Lot / Serial Number From Goods Receipt, be accessed via the Main Menu > Inventory >  Goods Receipt, Go to Draft tab to find your receive on the list.

• Enter number of Lot / Serial Number in the Lot / Serial Number column and click Create, following screen:

• When go back to the Lot / Serial Numbers page, You will see the number created from Goods Receipt.

• Case 3 : Create many the Lot / Serial Number in the one times is to import file. For importing the Lot / Serial Number should be formatted as follows. You can download following CSV file from here.

• When you are finished to enter data click on Import button from the Lot / Serial Numbers menu to import CSV file. Choose the file from file system and click Import.
