Stock Balance

The Stock Balance shows number of stock items in stock. Minimum and maximum stock quantities can be accessed via the Inventory > Stock Balance page of the Inventory module.

• You can view all stock balance

• Details in Column

• Product
• Lot / Serial Number : Lot / Serial Number of product
• Location : The location each product
• Container
• Physical : Shows the quantity available
• Amount
• Virtual Qty : Shows the quantity available, Outgoing and coming of the product
• UoM : Units of Measure of product
• Min Qty : The minimum quantity of product each location
• Last Change : Last date and time to change

In case system shows the red row

• The quantity of product each location less than configuration in system

• You can check minimum quantity by clicking Inventory > Settings > Minimum Stock Rule

• The quantity of product each location less than the products are outgoing
