Warehouse

The warehouse menu can be accessed via the Inventory > Warehouses  page of the Inventory module.

• When clicking on the menu button Manage Warehouse The following menu options appear:

• Product Stock
• Stock Transactions
• Goods Receipt
• Goods Transfer
• Goods Issue

Product Stock / Stock Transactions

• Selecting the Product Stock menu option will show the following screen:

• With the Product Stock tab you can see the stock of products in that particular warehouse.The physical stock quantity shows the quantity available, The virtual quantity show the number of items in stock, minus items reserved, plus items ordered but not yet received in stock.

• Using the search button will enable you to quickly find the item you are looking for.

• With the Stock transaction button you can view all stock transaction

• Also here you can conveniently use the search button to search for the transaction

Goods Receipt

• Selecting the Goods Receipt menu option will show the following screen:

• With the General tab, you can see the form to input details for receipt product. You can select the supplier warehouse to the internal warehouse.

• With the Approval Tab, you can see the user was opened and the user was completed the document.

Goods Transfer

• Selecting the Goods Transfer menu option will show the following screen:

• With the General tab, you can see the form to input details for transfer product. For the Goods Transfer location, you can select only internal location type.

• With the Approval Tab, you can see the user was opened and the user was completed the document.

Goods Issue

• Selecting the Goods Issue menu option will show the following screen:

• With the General tab, you can see the form to input details for delivery  product. You can select the internal warehouse to the customer warehouse.

• With the Approval Tab, you can see the user was opened and the user was completed the document.
