Inventory

The inventory module can be accessed via the Main Menu >Inventory. Selecting this menu items will display the inventory dashboard.

• The left side of the dashboard shows the existing warehouse of your company. The number of warehouses for one company are unlimited

• On the right side you have a listing of incoming goods, outgoing goods and a listing of products below minimum stock levels

• Incoming goods

• A new Goods Receipt can be created directly from the dashboard

• Outgoing Goods

• A new goods issue can be created directly from the dashboard

• Products Below Min Stock

• A minimum and maximum stock for each product can be defined. When the stock of the product goes below the minimum stock level, the system will show a warning and a stock  replenishment  order can be released.
