Payment Methods

Payment Method is a setting for methods of payment  that is used for E-Commerce modules only.

• Go to Menu :  Accounting →  Setting →  Payment Methods → New Payment Method

• Input details:

• Name        : name of Payment Method
• Code :  code
• Sequence : Number of payment method  or blank
• Type  :  select type of payment method

• Bank Transfer
• Credit Card
• Paypal
• SCB Gateway
• Paysbuy

• Account  : Account code for recording account transactions in each type of payment method.
• Save  : save after completion

Example: Payment Methods in module E-Commerce

• In carts order backend or frontend, the type of payment methods are available to select.

• Click the tab “Payment”  in carts order and  Payment Methods are available to select.

• If the sales orders are automatically created from E-Commerce website, the payment method will be automatically selected in tab “Other info”

• When copy to invoice from sales order, the system will copy the payment method as same in sales order in tab “other info”.
