Budgets
Budget is a financial plan for a defined period of time. It may also include planned sales volumes and revenues, resource quantities, costs and expenses, assets, liabilities and cash flows.
- Main Menu > Accounting > Other > Budgets


- Enter Budget name
- Define From Date, To Date for period of budget (usually a year)
- Save after completion
- Then click “Add budget Items”

- Select Account code. The account that used to control the budget
- Put the budget Amount
- Save after completion

Example
- Make a direct payment (buy stationery 1,000 THB)

- Go back to the budgets. You will see the actual amount compared with the budget amount you will know variance amount and % of variance.
