Statement of Financial Position
A Statement of Financial Position is a financial statement that summarizes a company's assets, liabilities and shareholders' equity at a specific point in time. These three balance sheet segments give investors an idea as to what the company owns and owes, as well as the amount invested by shareholders.
- Go to Accounting → Report → All Reports


- Then click Statement of Financial Position

- Input Statement of Financial Position details
- Balance Date : Select a date end of month
- Compare With : Compare by previous month or previous year
- Compare Periods : Compare previous periods
- Tracking-1 : To select Tracking (example : Branch or Location depending on your design) The report will show the transaction with tracking.
- Tracking-2 : To select Tracking (example : Department depends on your design) The report will show the transaction with tracking.
- Convert Currency : by default Convert Currency is unchecked, If you check the convert currency, will show the revalued amount taken from the currency exchange rate.
- Click Run Report
- Export XLS : For download report to Excel file
- Export Custom EXS : For your custom report template

- After you click the run Report, you will see the result as below.





- Add Total Liabilities & Total Equity (calculated by Total Liabilities + Total Equity).

- When Export XLS you will see the following format.
