Profit & Loss

• Go to menu: Accounting → Report → All Reports

• Click  All Reports and then click link Profit & Loss

• Input  Profit & Loss details

• From :  Date from
• To : Date to
• Compare With : Compare by Month or by Year

• Compare Periods : Number of period to compare and depends compare by month or by year

• Tracking-1 : Filter by tracking code depends on usage
• Tracking-2 : Filter by tracking 2 code depends on usage
• Currency : Filter only the selected currency
• Show YTD : System shows year to date balance column
• Convert Currency : Convert foreign currencies amount to the default currency amount
• Run Report : Click the button to run report result
• Export EXS : Download in Excel (Standard Template)
• Export Custom EXS : Download in Excel (Custom Template)

• Profit & Loss report displays in the system

• Profit & Loss report exports in excel format
