Allocate Deposit to Sale Invoice

Be able to allocate the deposit payment to the invoice that belongs to the same supplier. See how to create a deposit click here.

• Go to menu: Accounting → Customer → Receivable

• Select an invoice that status is “Draft”

• After that go to the tab: Allocate Deposit and click the button Add a new line.

• Select the invoice to allocate invoice and click the button Allocate

• After allocated, the invoice will show the allocated amount by deposit. And computes a new due amount or the remaining amount to pay

• After invoice is approved, the journal entry is created.
