PRICELIST ITEMS

Main Menu > Products > Settings > Pricelist Items

Once a Price List is created, Price list items have to be added.

Select Pricelist Items on the Products Settings Menu. Once clicking on New Price List Item.

Pricelist and products can now be selected including pricing can be added.

Other Informations:

• Min Qty : Define the minimum of the product for sell and purchase of this Pricelist
• Max Qty :  Define the maximum of the product for sell and purchase of this Pricelist
• Discount % : Define discount % for this Pricelist
• Discount Text :  Define discount amount for this Pricelist

Import Pricelist Items

Pricelist Items can be imported into the system if there are many items in the Pricelist Item menu from the CSV file clicking on Import button.

For importing Pricelist Item the CSV file should be formatted as follows. Can download the following CSV file from here.

Once the price lists are defined, correct prices will be used when creating quotations. See Make Quotations
