PRICELISTS

Main Menu > Products > Settings > Pricelists

Pricelists are used to build up different pricing tables for sales and purchases of products. With this feature you are able to create different pricelists with default discounts or create pricelists for products in different currencies. This can be done for sales and purchases of products. Default Pricelists can also be assigned to a group of customer categories, for example dealers, key account customers.

Select the Products module in the Main menu and open the Settings menu in the Products module.

The following entry screen will show.

Can define base information including name, type for sale or purchase, currency of pricelist. Select date for effective this pricelist.

Base Price for the Pricelist calculation there are have 3 types as follow:

• List Price in Product: the List Price has defined in the Pricing tab of the product page
• Other Price List: is a copy of the price from other price lists in the system. (In the case of the same price, but want to separate the type or name of the price list)
• Product Volume: suitable for items calculated from product dimensions (Volume (M^3) field in the Inventory tab)

Factor calculates the price of a product in the Price list by multiplying it by the Base Price field.

In the example above Price lists with a default discount % are defined, other pricelist are created to show the product in a different currency than the default currency of the company.

Product price lists can be created for Sales and Purchases of products

Can assign a Pricelist to a Pricelist item by clicking on the Pricelist Item below as an example.

1. Add products to the Pricelist page

Click on the Add button, specify a product, discount or price for the products under this Pricelist.

Notes: One Pricelist Item can be added at a time, but it can be added unlimitedly.

2. Add the Pricelist in the Product page

The product page can assign a Pricelist Item to that product.

Click the Add button at the Pricelist Item section, then select Pricelist specify the price or other information to this product. Once done can be click saved.

3. Import product Pricelist Item into a Pricelist

Can import many Pricelist Items in the Pricelist menu from the CSV file clicking on Import button.
