Every module has its own primary menu. The menu item structure is consistent across all modules. Basic primary menu’s types include:
DASHBOARD Is a place where you can see the overview figure for all transaction recorded. | TRANSACTION All transactions related to that module. Eg. Quotations, Sales Orders and Activities. |
REPORT All reports generated based on transactions recorded. | SETTING All master data used when creating transaction. |
Once the specific module is selected from the main menu, the dashboard of that selected menu will appear. From the dashboard the main entry screens for that particular module can be accessed. The dashboards also provide a graphical display of the main KPI's.

Selecting one of the primary menu items will give you access to the different functionalities of the software module.
There are 3 major types of view including
LIST VIEW Is the basic view layout showing all the record entered in the system with pagination. This layout, you can search the data using the a button on the top-right corner. This type of view also include the status tab which you can see the records in the specific status by a single click. | FORM VIEW Contains all details of the records. In this layout, you can edit the data regarding to the permission granted and you can do some basic operations. For example, duplicate record, make it to draft and so on. All the changes will be done in this type of layout. |
CALENDAR VIEW This type of layout is quite the same as list view which shows all the records entered in to the system. The only difference is that it shows in the Calendar. |
Searching lists of records
Click on the search button on top of the list to display the search form.
Navigation lists of records
To navigate long lists of records, use the controls at the bottom of the list.
You can use these controls to quickly switch to selected pages and to change the number of items displayed per page.
Option Menu
Option menus are available on most of the entry screens and allow to copy the content from one module to another, avoiding all double entries. The option menu appears on the right side of th entry screen
